Measure a ring you own

Choose a ring that fits the intended finger. Measure the inside diameter straight across the widest point, without including the metal edge.

Use the diameter in millimetres.

Wrap a thin strip of paper comfortably around the base of your finger. Mark where it overlaps, then measure the strip with a millimetre ruler.

Use the total circumference in millimetres.

Measure near the end of the day and repeat twice. Your ring should pass over the knuckle without feeling loose at the base.

Between sizes? Choose the larger size.

When should I measure?

Measure at the end of the day when fingers are naturally at their fullest. Avoid measuring when your hands are unusually cold or warm.

What if I am between sizes?

Choose the larger size, especially for wider bands. A wider band generally feels more snug than a slim band.

Can every ring be resized?

Some eternity bands and highly detailed designs have resizing limits. Contact ZIUS before ordering if you need help selecting the safest size.
