Welcome to ziusjewels.com (the “Site”), operated by Zius LLC (“Zius Jewels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and the purchase of products offered through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Us
Zius Jewels is operated by Zius LLC, a Single-Member Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Montana, United States.
We design and produce fine jewelry — personalized and non-personalized pieces in silver and 10k gold, set with moissanite or lab-grown diamonds — sold exclusively through ziusjewels.com.
2. Eligibility
By using this Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3. Products
All product descriptions, images, and pricing on the Site are presented in good faith and as accurately as we can make them, but gemstones, metals, and finished pieces can vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, screen calibration, and the handmade nature of jewelry.
Gemstone disclosure. Unless a listing explicitly states otherwise, every stone we set is a lab-created moissanite or lab-grown diamond — never a mined or natural stone. This is disclosed on every relevant product page in line with FTC Jewelry Guides (16 CFR Part 23) and applicable EU consumer protection rules on synthetic gemstones.
Metal purity. Gold pieces are 10 karat (10k) gold unless another karat is stated on the product page, disclosed at the point of sale as required by U.S. stamping regulations and equivalent EU/UK hallmarking rules.
4. Personalization
Many of our pieces are made to order based on details you provide — including engravings, initials, sizing, and stone or metal selection. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit for personalization. We recommend double-checking every detail before completing checkout, as production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed, and to cancel and fully refund any order affected by a pricing error. Payment terms are described in full in our Payment Policy.
6. Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or production constraints. We will notify you by email if we are unable to fulfill your order, and any payment already taken will be refunded in full.
7. Shipping & Delivery

8. Returns & Refunds
Non-personalized items may be returned within our return window; personalized and made-to-order items are final sale except in cases of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Full details and instructions are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including the Zius Jewels name, logo, photography, product designs, and written copy — is the property of Zius LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the Site’s operation, or to submit personalization content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate this section.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zius LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
12. Warranty Disclaimer
Our products are provided “as is.” Aside from any express warranty stated on a product page, we disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, this section does not deprive you of those protections.
14. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first at ziusjewels@gmail.com so we can try to resolve any issue directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Montana, United States, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
